Dr. Ally Power, ND

Since I had my first baby 3(ish) years ago, I have had an extreme passion for supporting mamas. I have two young boys, and deeply understand the challenges modern-day mothers face.

My clinical practice primarily consists of moms, focusing on stress management, hormone health, menstrual disorders, PCOS, thyroid disorders, digestive health, and more.

I have felt the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the uncertainty, the anxiety, and the guilt that comes with motherhood. I know we need to do a better job of taking care of MOTHER’S, and get rid of the notion that ‘a healthy baby is all that matters’. This is why I am so passionate about supporting moms in my practice.

I hope to see you soon in this launch of Putting Mama First

The WHY behind Putting Mama First.

In my clinical practice, I was seeing the same themes recurring in my mama patients. Fatigue. Anxiety. Irritability. Sleep issues. Guilt. Unsure where to start. The feeling that something isn’t right and “this can’t just be my new norm!”.

I was delivering a lot of the same information to my mama patients in the first few visits. There were so many foundational pieces I wanted to discuss that I knew would set them up for success, but was sometimes limited by time.

This is why I created this course, to discuss these foundations in a fun, affordable, empowering, community environment where mamas can also connect, share, and feel inspired.
